Terms of Use

• The App is licensed to the individual candidate who created the account. Accounts are personal and single-user.
• You will not share your login credentials, share your account, or let anyone else access the App through your account.
• Access codes are issued to one person and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

• One person per account. The App is built around the standard 12-case oral board portfolio, and each account is limited to 12 cases.
• You will not resell, sublicense, rent, or provide access to the App to anyone else.
• You will not attempt to circumvent the case limit, the access controls, or any usage safeguards.
• Access is provided for the current board-prep season and ends after the 2026 oral board exam. Continued access for a future season requires re-enrollment.

We and our agents electronically monitor use of the App — including login locations and usage patterns — to detect account sharing and abuse. Accounts that show signs of sharing or other violations of these Terms may be suspended or terminated and access revoked, without refund.

• You are responsible for the case materials you upload and for confirming you are permitted to use them for board preparation.
• The App automatically redacts protected health information (PHI) such as names, dates, and medical record numbers. Automatic redaction is an aid; you remain responsible for reviewing every document before it leaves the App or is uploaded to the board portal.
• Handle PHI in accordance with HIPAA and your institution’s policies. Our data-handling practices are described at mirahealth.care/trust.

• The App is a preparation aid. It does not guarantee that you will pass the oral boards or any examination.
• The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the certifying board, and nothing in the App is official board guidance.
• AI-generated content — summaries, audits, supporting literature, and practice questions — may contain errors. Verify all content against primary sources and your own clinical judgment before relying on it.

The App, its software, and its design are owned by Mira Health. The Maine Orthopaedic Review name, logo, and co-branded course content are owned by Maine Orthopaedic Review. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the App for your own board preparation. You will not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App or its content.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms — including account sharing or misuse — at our discretion.

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mira Health and Maine Orthopaedic Review are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
